This location is run horribly, and it seems like management is terrible to their employees. Every time I go shopping there's a manager outside smoking, and playing on their phone. While the cashier inside has a huge line of customers to handle all by themselves. I sometimes even hear management yelling at their employees in the office.nnThe rest of the store is no better. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and a lot of the items on the shelf had dust on them. Even the bathrooms were uncleaned. The mop bucket had dirty water in it. This store used to be a great place to shop.

There was 2 clerks blowing up balloons, ignoring the check out lane that was open. Leaving a line of customers waiting to be rang up. Was not aware that it took 2 people to run the helium tank.

I'm not much of a people person and I really appreciate that the employees are not forced to make small-talk to me as a customer, they do their job as the cashier without making errors that I have experienced that's all I expect from them. The checkouts are usually always without a line, and being behind someone else is not nearly as painful as if you were second in line at Walmart and they are doing more small-talk because the shopper in front of me is lonely and wants someone to talk to. The only time I have seen a long line in the checkout in the Dollar Tree was near Christmas and the other cashier wasn't able to get to their register because there was someone else there who was on the business phone (which for some reason was installed at a register instead of the 10ft away office wall if someone called the store they would still be able to hear the phone) and since poor choices like the phone location made by the head office when setting up the stores layout are not exactly the employees fault, and they rarely have a rush of so many individuals ready to checkout at the exact same time while still keeping the line moving not opening up a second line wasn't anything to get aggravated by.
