Employee wore a mask the whole time we were in there. He was pleasant and told me that I could save some money coming into store rather than paying online.
Calysta at the Mt. Pleasant location is the best cellular store employee we’ve encountered any time we’ve went in for either phone support, buying new phones or anything else. She answered all of our questions, got us the phones we wanted based upon our needs and focused on us the entire time to make it an enjoyable, quick as possible experience.
Steven was well informed and helped me decide on a new phone that made the most sense for me and my needs. He showed me how to use my phone and was very kind and patient.
I was treated with by far the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a Verizon store! Steven and Calysta worked through the multiple issues that my account had switching from iPhone to Samsung. They worked for hours, through lunchtime, so I could leave the store with service on my devices.
