Ordered a Frozen cake for my 3 yr olds birthday. She said they didn't have the kit so she took it upon her self to pick a screen printed frozen pic to substitute it with without calling to confirm with me that it was ok. Charged me $18 something for the cake and acted like it was fine. Will never buy a cake there again and am more than disappointed with the way they handled it.
They have only messed up on one of the cakes I ordered but made it right with me
