BEST Storage experience ever, period. And what made it so easy was Maria who continually offered EXCELLENT service, always friendly and happy to help, always professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I felt like the level of service Maria (who manages the Galleria site) consistently provided was similar to 5 star Ritz Carlton like service. Above and beyond!
I went around town looking for the best and decent price for storage units. I came across Extra Space and tbh it was the best decision. Made my reservation online and walked in and was greeted by Maria. Super friendly and easy process!! So, if you’re looking for storage definitely go to Maria, she’ll help you out fast!!
The online and in store rental process was very smooth. The ladies in the office are amazing! Great location and great online prices. Would definitely recommend.
Good: Quality place, in good convenient area. Customer service absolute top notch. Easy consistent access to your stuff.
Bad: Pricy. Price advertised doesn’t include the mandatory insurance. There are also some move in costs that you may not expect, like purchasing a fancy lock. You find out more and more the actual cost after you invest some of your time doing the paperwork and whatnot.
Conclusion: Fair deal that’s disguised as a great deal.
