Great place to work, been here about 3 years. These are great people who will go the extra mile for you as long as you do the same. They have a great team dispatching, the equipment is great and the pay and miles are there.
This is the best company I've ever worked for is it perfect no but no company is perfect if you like to work and not be micromanaged this is the company for you i regret leaving but had to but if I could go back I would everytime thank you to everyone there...
Great place to work been here five-year and love it
Been here 5 months going on 6 ,couldn't ask for better. Dispatch, recruiting, owners and all the ones who keep us running are great. Like everyone else has said, wish I could have found Monson and sons sooner in my driving career of 38 years. All I can say is I finally found a home.
I have been here at Monson almost 8 months now and I have not one bad thing to say I feel like family here they will do anything for you as long as you work hard be honest. From the owner to the custodian and everyone in between just amazing people and great equipment and compensation and great miles and not much sitting if you do have to sit due to load issues then you are compensated fairly for your time just absolutely amazing place to work Monson is my family and I am here to stay
