One of the things that sets HFC apart is that Heath and Nichole really care about their team members. They offer a great benefits package to employees and are genuinely concerned about their well being not just at work, but in their personal lives too. It is a pleasure to do business with such high caliber people!
I've gotten to know HFC by working alongside them as their marketing vendor. Heath and his team do a number things really well. First, they run their organization according to their guiding values. Second, they invest in their employees which is really refreshing. It's good to see an employer providing good benefits and pay to their employees. One last thing I think I've come to appreciate is that they have GOOD EQUIPMENT. . They know what they're doing.
As a driver I've been very happy with the way things are done here. Upfront about everything, I'm home when I want to be. Pay is great as are the benefits! Everyone in the office are awesome, helpful in working thru all issues. If you work for them, they definitely will work for you!
Heath has demonstrated nothing but the highest quality leadership and honesty since the day I met him. He really treats others like family and cares about how those around him feel. He's a hard worker and I trust him to deliver no matter what the task. Really proud to know this guy.
Great company to work. Always understanding when you are in need of time off if need be. Will work with you to help you with personal problems whether at home or on the job. Great people to visit with when you call to speak with any of the office employees.
