I have been working for Anthony Bill Trucking since I retired from the Army in 2007. I worked 20 years for the Army, I can see myself working here until I retire for good. This is a very family oriented company. Have we had our differences?, Heck yes, this is a business, but I like the fact that when I voice an opinion/idea/problem it is heard and discussed as if I was part owner and not an employee. I often tell new employees that this company is ours, Tony just happens to own it. :)
Very long hours family-oriented atmosphere family run pay scale small family is very helpful accommodating they go out of their way your good days and bad days mostly good days paid weekly No Interruption in paydays like gaps in not working have had no days because lack of work since I've been there 4 years 34 hours 45 hours a week have been home every weekend since I've been employed there I am an over-the-road driver they treat you with respect and honor
Great people excellent atmosphere to work in. Family owned and operated. The boss knows you and you know him. You ARE A name not a number
