Customer service from the salesperson was okay... Person that coordinated my delivery was friendly and helpful. The delivery guys were great! Very professional and courteous!
Very unhappy with how they handled our sale. We went into the store and picked out the set that we wanted. She told us the price(which was wrong) and asked what color we wanted it in. We said Grey. We got brown and we got the wrong ones. We wanted the one with the usb port and power. When we cslled they told us that that was what we ordered and that the power would cost more. Very Unsatisfied and will never do business with them again. Would not honor the price we were told.
I had an exceptional experience upon moving here with Neighbodhood Home Furniture! Even if they didn't have what I was looking for on the sale floor, was able to use large TV for visualizing Ashley catalog. Delivery staff were very professional and courteous! I loved my new furniture!
Store was comfortable, clerks were helpful.
