Really phenomenal service. My husband and I had a delay in being able to return our truck and the staff really went out of their way to help us maintain our budget and get things back to them in a timely manner. Would highly recommend working with these guys, they really are wonderful.
Wish I could give them more stars!! Called them this morning after u haul screwed us over and they were SO kind and so helpful. Gave us a brand new truck with no notice at a great price. So grateful!
A great storage facility and truck rental service. The staff is very professional and they keep their facility clean and tight as a drum. Renting trucks from them is very quick and their trucks are so much better than Uhaul. John and Hannah got you covered when it's time to move or store items for yourself.n.
The staff at this location is always impressive. All of them. The gentleman (Possibly a supervisor or manager), who helped us rent our truck and trailer, stood in the cold for 20 minutes answering every question in detail with a smile on his face. He also made sure I had everything hooked up properly and even dropped to the snowy wet ground to make sure I hooked the trailer chain properly to my car. It really helped calm my anxiety from moving. Really appreciated that.
This was a VERY professional business and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. The man in the office helped my daughter and I out above and beyond when a difficult situation arose. Thank you!!!!
