After purchasing a new home Slumberland was one of our first stops. Unfortunately, the sectional we purchased didn’t fit into the new space. Their delivery team was super patient and understanding. The sales team didn’t hesitate to allow us to make an exchange on a piece better suited for our home. We have interacted with multiple staff members and they have all been very kind and helpful.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received through Slumberland of Dubuque. I have shopped here in the past and Blake was so patient with my bf and myself this time around. Came in to purchase two recliners. Chris, our sakes guy last night was so helpful but today when we came in to do the deal, the chair on closeout we wanted was sold (our fault for not calling) but the gentleman that helped us today still made the deal on 2 brand new ones, same price as the closeout and arranged for them to be delivered to their Baraboo WI store so it would be a lot closer for us to go pick them up! That's great customer service!!
Great experience! A salesman greeted us at the door, told us about their sales and then left us alone to browse. We appreciated not being pushed or pressured to buy something. We ended up buying an awesome oversized recliner. Check out was fast and easy. Overall we are very happy with our experience!
