Everything started out well, service and product was good until bubbles appeared in flooring. Attempted to get it resolved and could not get a response from sales and service. Gave them plenty of time and still have not heard back. It's been well over a month. Very disappointed. Really want to finish the details on our kitchen but cannot until floor problem is resolved.ud83eudd37
I placed an order a few weeks back after checking around town at local hardware stores. Carpetland was very similarly priced and as a matter of fact they were running a special where they had free pad/removal/install of carpet which made my decision a no brainer. On top of that, they had at least 10x's the selection. They sent someone out to double check the measurements before placing the final order, which I'm glad they did because I didn't even think of adding the closet in my initial measurement. The whole process took 17 days from us picking out the carpet to having it installed. They were willing to help move my furniture and items around the living room to help get the carpet installed (included during the special). The installers arrived on time and my wife said they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have a few more rooms I'll be upgrading in the future and will definitely check out their selection first.
We recently had new carpet installed in our master bedroom. We are very pleased with how it turned out. From ordering the carpet to the completion of the installation, it was a great experience. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They got the job done far faster than we thought they would. It's beautiful!!
Installers didn't respect their appointments. They didn't show up for three different appointments, and the supervisor gave some unacceptable excuses which make me refund my money. WORSST EXPERIENCE EVER
Lisa Erickson was wonderful to work with. The installers (Austin, Nate, and Jeremy) did a wonderful job and left the rooms nice and clean after the install. Couldn't recommend them more. Great Job!!!
