I had a non-emergency issue so I told them there wasn't a rush. They still worked me into the service schedule within a couple days. When Kyle arrived, he identified the issue, explained it to me & provided a ballpark estimate. After I agreed, he left for a short time to get the needed parts & had the furnace fixed very quickly. When he worked up the final bill it was on the lower end of the estimate.nnIt was a very positive experience as compared to service I've received from other companies in the past.
From our first showroom visit...to the fireplace install and startup, EVERYONE at Birch provided top notch service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
If you need a new AC central air unitI'd say this is the one place you should go Baylor fast courteous polite and helped me with learning my new equipment. Which as we know, it's right up my alley.
Staff is not friendly. The lady at the office is rude.
It’s warm in here. Great variety of fireplaces and patio furniture in the showroom. 24 hour heating service by experienced staff. I had no idea they had barstools. Honest and trustworthy staff treated me like family
