First of all Rod got right back to me while texting him for an appointment to meet and check out beds. I met with Nicole the next night and she was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the different varieties, specials, and comfort levels. Deliver was only a week and a half after as I had purchased a floor model adjustable bed. The delivery guys were great! They brought everything right into our garage and were right on time. We ended up getting a great deal! Last night was the first time sleeping in our new Verlo bed and it was amazing! Thank you Verlo! You have a forever customer!
Rod was great! The products are so amazing that we bought a higher model then what we planned for but is totally worth it. Great service and great place!
Very nice customer service. I appreciated being able to try out the massage chair before I bought one. They worked with me to find the chair that fit my needs and budget.
