Better than MediaScam!! You get better speeds at a cheaper price.nI would give 5 stars I could receive a fiber optic/DSL for a more consistent speed without weather/outdoor anomaly(s).nI recommend Comelec over all the providers in the Dubuque area (depending where you live).

I just switched over from Mediacom today and I am already blown away. The speeds are SOOO much faster and the customer service alone makes the switch worth it. (Doesn’t help it is way cheaper too with no data cap). Mike was the gentlemen that installed everything. He was very professional, friendly and did a great job! He double checked my speeds before leaving and worked with me to trouble shoot the little issue I had to make sure that my service was top notch! I would recommend Comelec time and time again! Keep up the great work!

Nick came to install service at my townhome. After talking Comelec for about 10 minutes, I told him I was unsure of going forth with the installation as I might be moving out of the state in a couple months. He was very professional, friendly, and understanding with my sudden switch. Although I don't have Comelec (for the time being), I will always remember what a GREAT experience I had with one of their employees. If I choose to stay in the area, there's no doubt I will be switching over to Comelec. Thanks for being awesome, Nick!!

Wireless clients were dropping off WiFi (connected but no automatic DHCP server IP address renewal). We were having to manually disconnect and reconnect to pull an IP address from the router. Needed service and received a call back within two hours. Asked for and received newest firmware update for the router and everything is now running smoothly. Also was put on a different WAN access point for the dish so hopefully the signal doesn't drop out in the rain. That issue may be partially related to a tree weakening the signal but everything seems very consistent. Great customer service, very professional and knowledgeable.
