These guys DEFINATELY know their stuff!! Helpful employees who take the 2020 Pandemic VERY seriously! I see them CONSTANTLY disinfecting every surface! I LOVE thet they will not let you in without a mask on, because it makes me feel like im valued as a customer! I have two kids 12 and 7 years old and when we get free time we love to go on adventures and Jerry’s pawn shop is one of our favorite stops !!! Not only is it a clean organized shop but the owner is always eager to chat with the kids and help you find what you need always a pleasure
Had done business with them for years always felt comfortablenAnd safe doing business there until recent all going say if that your business is confidential well I. Hear to. Tell you it not they will give your information up and a heart beat not all of us are lucky enough to have a silver spoon in our mouths so some time good people have deal with place like this and even when try to do something good they try to turn u into something bad so just a word of advise it call allied pawn good people great service !!
This place shreds the stereotypical pawn shop image of dread and dispair. The staff is amazing! Very kind and wonderful people!They are also willing to work with you on just about anything. I would highly recommend coming here to shop or sell. Pawn shop isn't quite the right word to describe this place it usually brings images of Pawn Stars or Vegas Pawn. This is a pawn shop like no other! After visiting, I assure your faith will grow in humanity. Definitely my top pick of favorite spots to visit in Dubuque.
What is there to say? Jerry's Pawn is the only pawn shop that I will do business with. The owner and her employees are honest, fair, clean, and go above and beyond for their customers. I love doing business with these guys!
