Kevin helped me out a lot. Didn't realize I wasn't the right size shoe for the longest time. Would definitely come back!

I went into Brown's looking for shoes for work. I'm a patient care tech, so long hours on my feet. Kevin showed me the various types of Cloggs they have that nurses often wear and I wasn't sold at first. But he told me that a bigger size is important because you don't want them to be too tight which will make them uncomfortable. So I tried the bigger size and walked around as my boyfriend talked to him, who has REALLY bad bunions and his legs are constantly aching. He got him on the machine that shows you what your feet need and he told him all about the support he needed. Kevin is very knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend wheres his insoles in every pair of shoes he wears and I've been loving my Cloggs. Thanks Kevin! Beautiful store and lots of variety ud83dude0a

What a joke. Looking for a lighter boot for my 81 year old father. He has neuropathy in his calves and legs and needs a lighter boot. The person that helped me wanted to fight about what my father needed. Didn’t even try the boots on my Father, I put the boots on him. Then he told me to go to Black Earth to The Shoe Box. What a great salesman. He sold me I will go to Black Earth from now on. Bye bye Browns will take all our money to Black Earth!!! Oh and to the salesman, if you take your hands out of your pockets, you could actually work!!!
