When customers bring in measurements to us we do our very best to estimate using the information we have been given. Prior to ordering any flooring, we always send a measuring expert to verify the measurements were correct. In the case presented, the measurements which were given to us were 2 yards short of what the final job needed. When that happens, the customer is responsible for paying for the extra material. This is why estimates are subject to change. However, we are always willing to explain to the customer why their final invoice may differ from their estimate.

We were happy with the job of installing the carpet, but not with the estimate versus the actual bill. We were told the estimate will be very close to the cost. But when we received the actual bill, it was over $60.00 of the estimate. Unfortunately we will not be using this company to finish the last 2 rooms in our house for carpentry. Finally, he guaranteed the quality of the install.nThe team came in and the final results look better than I could have imagined - and was completed in two days rather than the planned three!n- RESPONSIVENESS & RELIABILITY: Jason does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. There was NO DELAY, no last minute changes of dates. It was all taken care of when it was planned. And for someone with multiple vendors and a life during a remodel, this was worth everything.nnBottom Line: If you're shopping for flooring or need flooring installed, go to Kluesner Flooring. The team's responsiveness and reliability are rare and I would personally pay more for product to be able to have a vendor like Jason that I can rely on.nnCan't wait for my next project with Kluesner Flooring!
