Great experience!
No communication at all!! Reserved a storage room 5 days early. Showed up thinking it would be an easy process....WRONG!!!! First they had cancelled my reservation, took an hour to get another room, got unloaded and took another hour to check the trailer in!! The guy was nice enough and had great customer skills but Uhaul needs to go back to the customer service school! Worst experience by far!!!
Something happened with my reservstion where it switched to a different. This location made the transition to a correct reservation easy and quickly.
Best U-Haul experience I've ever had, despite moving during Covid19 and social distancing. I made my reservation online in advance. They had everything (except one of my dollies ready to go, but when I let them know I ordered 2, they quickly stopped what they were doing and helped me - people make mistakes, no one is perfect and mistakes are bound to happen, but I think it's how you handled them afterward that truly shows the quality of service. When I came back to drop my truck off my service was quick and efficient. I barely walked through the doors when I was asked if I was returned my truck, I said yes, then they told me to come back outside with them to the truck. The guy who helped me, Mark, did my check out in their online system via a phone (I think it was a phone) and it was super fast. From the time I pulled up in the truck to getting my emailed receipt it was under 10 mins, so kudos to this location for being awesome. I would be willing to pay the extra mileage just to use this location for my next move. Great job Mark and thank you very much!!!!
If you’re supposed to be open at 7am you should probably have someone here to open the doors at 7am.
