Warners' Stellian Appliance

Our in-store experience at Stellian was outstanding. The store had a large number of choices and the sales rep was knowledgeable and courteous. The store delivered and installed the product within three days. We were given an installation time and the service reps came on time. They were super-efficient, they knew what they were doing and were pleasant and courteous. I was extremely pleased with the service reps--our experience interacting with them was far more satisfactory when I compare it to other appliance stores that we have interacted with in the past. I wish all appliance stores show the same level of customer-centricity.

*BUYER BEWARE*nnAs a consumer think twice before purchasing an appliance from Warner’s Stellion.nnWe purchased a washer/dryer from them exactly 3 months ago. After two months of use, and when I say use it’s not overly used just my husband and I so maybe 6-8 loads of laundry a week, it stopped heating. We called, they stated they would order a part and let us know when it came in. 3 weeks later the service guy arrives. He noticed a loosened wire, tightened it, didn’t look at any other possible causes, didn’t install the part that was ordered. The dryer worked fine for about 10 days then stopped heating once again. Frustrated as heck I called them again stated we would prefer to replace the dryer as it is clearly a faulty unit, it happens not mad just get us a new dryer. They refused to replace it, sent out another service guy, he doesn’t have the part he did not install the last time because it was sent back to the manufacturer. He opens up the dryer and tells me they need to order another part. So out of the 3 months we have owned the dryer it is inoperable an entire month and still waiting.nMoral of the story, Warner’s Stellion is happy to sell you an appliance but if it breaks down it will cost you a great deal of time and patience to get it repaired because they will not under any circumstances replace it. Not to mention now we get to spend plenty of time in our local laundry mat while they take their sweet time getting parts. In addition god forbid you have to talk to their service department in Minnesota, horribly rude people which only adds fuel to the fire. Just do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

Who in general wants to shop for appliances? No one. If you do then you should probably get out more. But Warner's made it so easy and the process was so smooth that I honestly kind of want to buy a house I can't afford just to go back and look at new stuff. Great variety of brands and wide spectrum of prices. Also, there are actually sales people here to help (Jose is the man) whereas Lowe's you will be searching that ridiculous warehouse they call a store for help for a half hour.

We were very happy with our sales person, he was very knowledgeable of the brand that we were interested in and he was very personable and likable; he took time with us.nOur delivery guys were also awesome. They called us 10 minutes out which we very much appreciated and they were super too! They took time to do a quick run-through on the machine and answer questions. They didn’t rush, thinking about getting a dryer in a couple of weeks I hope, and gave us some pointers about that because we were thinking about stacking them, so we appreciated that very much too. Because of employees like this we would go back and we would refer your store.

Not only was it easy to order over the phone with the help of Luc but also a pretty reasonable turn around for delivery and installation. They took my old washer free of charge to dispose of it which was a concern of mine as to what to do with it. And the installers were great! Professional, educational, friendly and humorous! Thank you for such a great experience!
