Definitely make this store your first stop and don't waste your time going to any other one. Brandon was very helpful with getting my mom's phone replaced. We initially went to the Valley West store who said they couldn't fix it, we had to upgrade because they don't make those phones anymore and we had to put in a claim. They tried charging us a $49 deductible when we have insurance/protection. Customer Service said we just had to do a warranty exchange so instead of waiting on the phone for 2 hrs we went out to Mills Civic. Brandon did everything in less than 15 mins and she only has to pay $5. Great job Brandon!! We appreciate you!

Al was absolutely amazing to work with! He got my boyfriend and I set up with iPhone 12s on preorder PLUS an Apple Watch. We will have better service, unlimited data (new to us!), and pay almost $100 LESS per month just by switching from our previous carrier. Al made us feel so welcome, and although getting our account started and everything didn’t go smoothly, which was no ones fault, he was so patient and positive. He never made us feel like it was an inconvenience at all. We are so glad we took the trip in to get switched over. Thanks so much, guys!

Very disappointed in this store! I would never recommend this store for anyone who wants honesty from a business. We went in and traded in our phones in June with a promotion of getting 2 IPhones. We have been questioning our bill because it was not showing a credit like we were told. Now it’s October and we are now being told we will not get the promotion nor get credit and will now have to pay for our devices because our old carrier had our phone numbers locked! The lady from 611 said to go to the store we got the phones and they will help you out. Well that did not happen they said they could not do anything and that we are stuck in the contract and refused to help. I would never have agreed to paying for new iPhones when technically our old phones had nothing wrong with them. When the associate told us our phone numbers were locked she should have at that point said you will bot be able to get that promotion....but that is not what happened. Very dishonest and they should have rectified the problem. I would not recommend this place for anyone and if you do beware you have been warned.

I was really unimpressed by the attitude of the associate who assisted me in the store last night. He literally had two words for us, No and No. He made it very clear that he didn't want to talk to us and that he didn't care about our business at all. We will go to a different carrier, thanks!!
