I bought an Xbox One here today. When I got it, it didn’t work unfortunately. I called an talked to Steve. He told me that was weird since they test them all, but bring it back and he will swap it out. Very painless, great customer service, and super helpful!
We live in Ankeny, we called this location to see if they have a animal crossing Nintendo switch game and the guy over the phone named Jared and they said they had them from $5. We drove all the way from ankeny to buy it and we were told by Bret that he told us the wrong price on the phone and Steve the manager decided to have an attitude with the customers about us being confused about the $5 game when Jared told us a certain price and Steve didn’t understand anything we were saying or care to understand it. Do NOT recommend this place!
Only Gamestop I will go to. Brett there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!
Good place to get all your gaming and your geek on.
Customer Service here lacks. Rude, for example, answering phone when I am buying a launch title. Should have full attention on customer in front of you.
