It's nice to be able to walk into a store sometimes and look at a working model before you buy particularly electronics. That bring said, Best Buy is usually sold out of what I'm looking for. Apparently they don't keep much inventory and if you do find what you want then try to price match. Overall they are easy to do business with.
Generally well informed staff here. Polite and happy to help when I go there. Sometimes a little under staffed but still a good experience. Well stocked store.
The prices are a premium, but you're most likely able to find what you need. Today (Oct. 8) they had almost no cell phones, but I'm not concerned about that, as new shipments come in weekly.nnMy first spot if I need something today and willing to pay a wee bit more.
My daughter needed a new laptop. They weren't busy at all for Black Friday which is sad! We got the cutest and most helpful associate named Dante! He had a nice smile and made our shopping experience easy!
Very helpful employees. I was asked if I needed help right after walking in, I did need help and the employee that helped me was great at helping me find the stuff to fit a stereo into my van. Something I have next to no knowledge about.
