LOVE this store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Do NOT go to the Verizon off university near Waukee. The customer service at this location is just significantly better. I made the mistake of buying a warranty/screen protector at the other store and just wasn't given the same level of follow up service I am used to after going to this store. It's nice, convenient and they even offer you something to drink while you wait.nnAlso very sorry for accidentally putting my review of the other store on this one. Thank you for setting a great example.
Have an amazing experience every time I walk in the door! John has always been there for me whenever I need him and is very good at what he does! Would highly recommend this store over any other Verizon store in the area!
