Kelly was pleasant to work with. Professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to answer any questions and respond quickly to emails. The delivery guys and Mike the installation guy were very professional and made replacing my appliances a smooth transition. They were cautious and tidy. I am glad I went with a family owned business. I definitely would do business with Archer again.
We bought a stove and dishwasher and had our old stove repaired (new circuit board) and moved to the basement where we have a stove electrical outlet. Dave, the sales person is great and low pressure. Michael, the repair person is real good and a big asset to the store. He knows his stuff. The install crew was also real good. We like the store.
I tried to fix my dishwasher on my own after watching lots of YouTube videos, but still could not find the problem. Michael with Archer figured it out pretty quickly when he showed up for the service call. He knew that I wanted to save money, so he told me what part to order from Amazon, and explained quickly how to install it myself. I did just that when it arrived and he saved me the extra expense of an additional trip charge or labor. Thank you, Archer Home Center!
Great experience! I had a dishwasher model in mind and after sending a quick email inquiry, my order was placed the next day. Service, delivery and install were super easy and we’ll done. Next time we are in need of a home appliance, we will start with Archer. Thanks!
Terrible service terrible attitude over the phone priced gouged me a belt replacement the took 3 weeks to get. The only positive thing was the repairman was a respectful person. Would not recommend or go to this store again. Better off buying the parts yourself or your paying almost what the machine is worth for them to fix it.
