All I can say is WOW! Excellent Customer Service. These girls who work at the 2nd St. location are real detail oriented and really made me feel comfortable in the store during this whole COVID-19 Pandemic situation we are currently dealing with. They are very responsible making sure things are sanitized between customers and really make you feel comfortable during my whole visit to the store. They explained every aspect of my purchase very well, and went through everything very thoroughly. Thanks for everything and will be a returning customer for sure!!
Miranda was pleasant, knowledgeable and was able effectively multitask through several people waiting. Love my new Note20.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in 10 years. A new low. Not helpful in most of my many return trips for assorted issues. The website is even worse than the indifference I've experienced in the store! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Unfortunate individuals who are forced to finally break down and drive here for customer service, because the online help is so incredibly poor/ nonexistent, Be Warned! It doesn't get better. Shop around, Verizon doesn't care about customer loyalty!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. We just tried to pay our bill here and the employees were just chatting amongst themselves. This place always has rude women working and never seems to help us. They act as if we are a burden on them or are interrupting thier lives. HIRE BETTER F'N PEOPLE!nn-5 STARS
