The inside sales reps are very friendly and helped us to decide on a countertop for a remodel we were completing. Have a great competitive price and the installation and templating teams are both very knowledgeable and know how to help make tough counters a breeze.

Working in Fargo needed cabinet tops cut with a miter. Dave and his guys were amazing to work with. It's nice to see a great work environment and people willing to help an out of towner out... thanks again Dave you guys rock!!!

Although the quality of the countertop is above our expectations, the quality or service, installation, and communication lacked greatly. Measurements for our countertop were off, despite 2 separate trips to measure, so the installers chose to “wing it” which resulted in an uneven finish and edge as well as us unable to open a drawer in our kitchen. They lied about moving our sink, and charged us for an undermount sink installation that they made us do ourselves. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the finished product (for the aforementioned reasons) they took the “too bad” approach and made us wait 3.5 weeks to come look at their errors, agreed it was an error, but offered no option to rectify the situation, no partial refund, or apology whatsoever. Honestly, some of the worst costumer service I have ever experience, I will never give them my business again and would encourage others not to, as well.
