Very high quality commercial grade products. I work at a business where I do the purchasing of equipment, and the equipment is reasonably priced and very durable. I’ve even started to buy their stuff for home use as well because it outlasts the stuff you are going to buy in box stores. I called a week ago to order glasses. I gave my information and was told a salesperson would call me. Two days went by, no call. I called again and gave my information again. Another two days went by and nothing. I’m over it. I found the glasses elsewhere.

Not impressed with the delivery of our freezer.

In store service and options are great. I feel their delivery services could be improved however. But definitely will return and I recommend Culinex.
