I had a bad experience with their Ender 5 Direct Drive kit and left a review on their website reflecting this experience. Despite 'confirming' this review, it never appeared on their website. I confirmed the review 3 months ago. How many other bad reviews were filtered out, leaving only 4 and 5 star reviews? Obviously, this does not reflect well on them as a vendor. If there's a reasonable explanation for this I will revise this review.
