Mr. B's came highly recommended by a friend. We had a decent purchasing experience although the prices seemed a bit inflated. After purchasing was completed, customer service as we knew it ended. Once we had paid the nightmare began. It took nearly 9 months to get our commercial project completed. Countless times we would call and ask for updates, there was always an excuse and new promise that would not be kept. The installers cut corners, no showed and left the project unfinished for months. The other day I was moving some furniture and see the installers must have run out of baseboard, left the corner bare and stuck furniture in front of to hide their work and damage to the drywall. If your looking for quality and customer service keep looking.

We purchased carpet for two bedrooms, the hallway, and a large living room. Our salesperson took extra time to get us a better price on the carpet. The store also provided a good installer who installed the carpets over two days. That allowed me to move the furniture between the bedrooms overnight.
