The employees who delivered my sectional damaged it. I was told by the store manager I could use it as a loaner until a new one could be delivered in plastic. I didn't hear back from them after two weeks as told it be 7 to 10 days. It's on backorder. I got this sectional in February and its April and I'm still waiting on the new sectional. Plus they damaged my door way and I was told it would be fixed within 30 days. It's been at least that much time and it still hasn't been fixed nor have I been called about it!
