Great service. Fast, friendly and professional.
Poor service, I mentioned a substitute thought to his idea and he shot it down because of brand bias. Totally snobbish when I tried to find what was best for my budget. I was very surprised at the unprofessional behavior being displayed. Not everyone can afford to spend 2 grand on a computernHe insisted I would be fine. As if he was in my wallet.nHe jumped up and down like a loud baby and screamed I was wasting his time. Look dude I don’t want a super fancy computer. Just because you seen my cash roll it doesn’t mean it’s meant for your store. Sell me a decent $300 machine or don’t. I’m not spending 2k because YOU think I should.
Have encountered only friendly professional staff who have an honest want to help the customers.
