Came here for the first time to get my flute repaired. The staff I dealt with were excellent. However, I do have an issue with the repair job that was done.nI needed all of the pads on my flute replaced, and was quoted $180. That's fine. They had it done by the next day. Excellent.nI went to pick it up, as soon as I opened the case I noticed fresh scratches and a small black mark between two keys I have yet to be able to remove. I didn't think much of it at the time. I don't like to make a fuss about things.nAfter playing it for a few days I have noticed many new scratches that were not there when I dropped it off for repairs.nThey fixed my flute, yes. But for $180, new cosmetic damage should not be part of the deal. Customer service at the front was excellent, but I expected a bit more from the repair techs. Unfortunately I will have to find somewhere else to get it fixed next time.
How is a working person going to shop here with those store hours? Mon.-Fri. 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
They fixed my daughter's clarinet and held it until I could make it to town!!
