Great service, delivery and follow up! Up to 5 stars!!!
Have only purchased furniture. Havent gotten it yet.nPaat, as my ticket refers to our salesman's name.nWas very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.nAnswered all my questions. Was quite knowledgeable.nWe also got what I feel was a very fair deal on the captains bed and dresser.nThanks for helping us out when we needed it.
Salesman was very helpful and polite let me look around on my own and I found the perfect recliners.
This is the second time I have purchased items from Slumberland. Craig W. Lee, in Mason City, Iowa is a wonderful, caring person. I am in a wheelchair and my husband has dementia. Shopping for large items is stressful to say the least. I simply called Mr. Lee, told him what I was looking for and he handled all the hurdles for me! Now, that is an employee worthy of plenteous praise. Any and all of my furniture needs will be handled by Mr. Lee in the future. Thank you for employing a man who actually cares about his clients.
Salesman was patient and courteous. Covid protocol was followed. A pleasant experience.
