There service and knowledge is top notch and they don't pressure you into getting anything that they wouldn't let their own family get. The associates are superb and kind and polite and answer any questions you may have and keep you in budget. There are many phone providers out there but none can compare to metro by t-mobile.

Their Mobile plans suck their phones our way high-priced for what they are and their policies on returns and rebates they don't tell you when you purchase new items from them and they rip you off Metro PC is a rip-off as soon as I can I'm switching companies I rather pay $10 more for my service cuz I'll be getting I can get unlimited hotspot for $10 more $20 more when they only give you 15 gigabytes for the same price or higher and nothing else don't ever by their buy a new phone using the upgrade option cuz if you don't like it you have no return policy and they won't return it or give you your money back or anyting 2 days ago I bought a new phone and that's what's happening to me right now but they used the number I had my other phone for this phone instead of me switching my number but she didn't say anything about fentanyl avoid me for the refund within 7 days if I didn't like the phone for old money back guarantee what you buy it under the upgrade phone number to be eligible for a refund they don't tell you that
