Good place to get help with your computer or laptop.
They were able to recover all of my documents off of my computer that hasn't been working for almost a year! They were very helpful and economical. I was very pleased with the job well done. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Pretty nsure these guys can fix anything. They're great to work with.
I am the owner of Medicap Pharmacy in Jefferson, Iowa. A few weeks ago I came into the pharmacy to open the store only to discover that I had no internet access. I called my ISP and discovered that there was no issues with the ISP. I then made a call to Computer Concepts if Iowa. Within a 2 hours we were up and running. They saved the day. Then I get the bill for their services and I have to say their rates are more than fair. Do yourself a favor. If you need networking support give Computer Concepts a call. you will not regret it.
I use Computer Concepts for all my equipment and IT needs for my marketing agency. We've recently purchased large monitors and our design team uses custom built PC's from CCI. The PC's we had built are much quicker than any computers we've purchased in the past from other larger big box stores or similar. We also use CCI for all our email hosting and they set up our company emails on 0365 and provide great support when we have any email problems, new computers that need setup, or need additional email addresses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for business or personal computer or IT needs.
