Very honest and knowledgeable. I thought I needed extra RAM for my computer but Roger said the computer couldn't utilize it so adding more RAM wouldn't help. He could have easily sold me the extra RAM and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciate the honesty. A++++
Absolutely know that Roger knows how to take care of & fix every concern on computers! Trust me - I've known him his whole life & his knowledge of everything computers + is remarkable. I get many compliments on how kind Roger is & how he always knows how to take care of those computer concerns every time! He fixes my own computers by remote when it needs that & keeps my PC perfect! I'm proud to have him as my family! Small town proud & that I have family that work there & here the community compliment me on how nice they are too!
Roger is so helpful and makes you feel at ease. He solves the problem and offers tips . The fact he can remote in and fix many computer problems without having to bring it to the shop is very convenient!
