I drove to Independence from Iowa City (1.5 hours), hoping to get more efficient and friendly service...I certainly was not disappointed. The Iowa City corporate store is horrible in both respects...a total embarrassment, I would think, to Verizon.nPeighton was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. I would make the trip again without question. It is well worth it. There is no reason to put up with poor service and surly attitudes. Go to Independence!!!
Alex at the Independence store is a true gem. He spent a LOT of time helping me with an uploading problem and was super patient. When I’m ready to upgrade, I will definitely go to BeMobile in Independence, IA.
Very nice staff. The physical build out is what you would expect from a cell phone store. Had a wait but the only staff person was trying her best to move some very slow people along in their decision making process. Seems like the store has plenty of accessories and phones to choose from.
Only one worker who said it would be at least 45 minutes. Drove to Waterloo and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
