As it is black friday, my partner called to inquire about if a certain mattress we had been eyeing was on the floor so they could see it. They also asked about shipping times. The lady on the phone said they had limited stock on the floor before promptly hanging up. We thought it was an accident but there was no call back. We took our money elsewhere and got our mattress, frame, and service for $30 cheaper!
Very unhappy with how they handled our sale. We went into the store and picked out the set that we wanted. She told us the price(which was wrong) and asked what color we wanted it in. We said Grey. We got brown and we got the wrong ones. We wanted the one with the usb port and power. When we cslled they told us that that was what we ordered and that the power would cost more. Very Unsatisfied and will never do business with them again. Would not honor the price we were told.
Very helpful staff ,and fair prices
Be careful shopping here. Nice people up front. Or, likely just purchase what you can see with your own eyes- not on one of those pads.
Good looking furniture. Prices seem reasonable.
