Five Star Storage

I originally inquired about getting a storage unit in April of 2020, the beginning of how businesses were restructuring for a pandemic. As a whole I felt they handled the situation very well and were prompt about getting a game plan together to get new customers into units without compromising safety. Septembyr was incredibly accommodating and prompt with my questions. The facility overall feels very safe, the unit and facilities are clean, and most importantly the roads are smooth. Highly recommend.

I do appreciate how pleasant everyone has been. However, as a first-time renter of a storage unit, I could have used more upfront explanation of the process and the timeline.
