The U-haul store makes up rules they should actually be closed for unfair business practices based on race ...they're garbage and I'm debating if I want my money back for the rental

Went in to rent a truck or a van for two days. First they told that the trucks were booked for the days in question and I understood that, however then they said they had Vans available. So I went around back to take a look and told them I'd take it, however they then told that they didn't have any available. The staff really needs to get it together. They told me one thing and than told me another in less than five minutes. Felt like I was lied to.

Over priced, can't ever get ahold of onsite manager, once late paying bill can't ever get access again.
