I have bought 2 computers at tech and have always been happy with the service here. With my second purchase I bought the itech service plan and it has paid for itself many times over.

Brought in a malfunctioning laptop in for hard drive recovery. Was advised it could up to 2 days to recover and that I would receive a call with an update. After 7 days I got back my laptop in pieces. Having to call in multiple times for updates almost no data recovery was possible and no details on amount that was recovered. Not impressed with the customer and technical service, also $25 more than competitor for diagnostic service.
This business is a hidden gem. Knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful.
