I had what I imagined was a complicated dilemma. But not to this team. Fantastic, swift service. Very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend without question!
Took in a laptop that was damaged to see if it could be repaired. Charged $50 deposit. Get a call the next day saying “it’s motherboard damage, there’s nothing to be done.” Expected that might be a possibility. Get back to the store to pick up the laptop, they pass it to me with screws literally falling out onto the counter. No paperwork, no check out process. I had to ask to get the cord back. He just stood and asked, “did you pay the deposit?” I responded yes. “Ok then your all set.” I asked $50 for just a look? He responded, “yeah that’s our consultation fee.” Would have been nice to know when I dropped it off. Honestly frustrated, getting it back with screws falling out, them trying to keep my cord, and suspiciously no work order? No more business for them...

Great store with super nice staff. Cannot recommend enough for any computer repair needs.
The big guy who works there is grossly rude. Do not give this hole your business. They need to learn how to talk to people and be kind to EVERY person who comes in. I’ll make sure nobody I know EVER goes here and hopefully they’ll be out of business before too long since most small businesses like it will. They deserve it.
