I just bought a refrigerator an got delivered today an they brought it in an plugged it in an said my plug did not work after they left an i came home my wife told me about what they said so i checked the plug ins an they all work but the refrigerator dont do anything we called the store an told them but all they said was they can come look at it on friday so i have to wait 5 days for it to be looked at an if it needs work probably longer i paid for it in full an i thought i would get good service but i was wrong i am not happy with there service as now i am waiting to get something fixed that i have never used

First time was good paid off xbox. 2nd time i needed a fridge becuase we had covid and the whole family was stuck inside for 14 days which i didnt get paid for so we had to move. Told aarons i would have payment on fri it was due but my card on file was overdrawn. said i had to put card on file immediatly couldnt wait 2 days. Very rude, not understanding whatsoever. Rent a center atleast worked with me on things. Worst part is i had the money they just apparently are not cash friendly.

Nothing but very awesome people and service. We now have brand new stackable washer and dryer and payment very reasonable payment too. Now today refrigerator died and they hooked us up few really nice used one and they rock for service too.

I have not done business in this store. But just to look at website i had to enter a phone number and email. Only to get a email from sales rep. Glad my auto fill still enters my old phone number. If i had wanted an email from the business i would have made an inquiry. Doing research this place should be outlawed 2k for a 500.00 tv. I would rather go without. Amazon offers reasonable payments for 5 months no interest on major appliances why would anyone go through Aaron's?
