Used to shop here quite often, but not so much anymore.
The people at the cash register are really friendly. Took very good care of me. There are plenty of staff on the floor, just ask them to help.
This store is always a mess, always chaotic and I can never find anything. IF you have time to sort through unfolded, unorganized and disaster of departments, you can get some good deals. But most often, you are better off going to Target.
Store looked shopped but not in bad shape. They have a mask rule, and execute cleaning of their carts after every shopper. The only thing they don't enforce is social distancing in line, and it was busy. They also don't use all of their cash registers as one side was closed to public use due to the pandemic. Seems like a lost opportunity for better customer service. Overall, a mediocre shopping experience. I have seen a lot better, but then again I have seen worse.
Kohls is doing a phenomenal job helping to keep corona at bay. When you walk in there's an employee with masks & said employee tells you about their recently sanitized carts. Friendly & efficient, that's Kohls.
