Donuts were delicious. Chai tea was awful. I think they put coffee in it. I had to dump it out. The cashier did not change gloves between checking us out and getting our donuts, nor did he use tongs or those little slips of paper. That should be basic food safety.
The floor is sticky at all times but the staff and food/drinks are delightfully good! The line on Mondays for drive through is so insane it blocks traffic in both directions. In store is usually empty and during covid their precautions are excellent.
Have tried this location multiple times, on different days. They are always out most of their donuts, even by 10 or 11 AM. Inexcusable!
Guy at register decided to put my long Johns upside down so the frosting was all stuck to the box! Barely had any options.
This place is usually really busy but I think that speaks a lot about how good it is they have really good customer service I've had a few drinks that weren't right and they fixed it immediately and we're always super kind even when they were really busy would definitely recommend
