Penske has the best trucks in the industry, they are always clean and if there is ever a problem they have great customer service! The Waterloo facility is beautiful and the employees are trained to go above and beyond to help every customer with their specific needs! You won't find that any place else!
Outstanding customer service. My needs changed last minute and was able to upgrade to a larger truck, and was on my way. Hassel free experience. Highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would was told by corporate 3 times that they would have a car Dolly at there place and that it was being hiked there. When I got there the last was rude when I tried to show her the email confirmation she said well I can't fly one here. Wouldn't look at email nothing. I called corporate from there and nothing was done I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY FRON PENSKE budget is cheaper anyway
Outstanding facility . The manager went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with everything I needed. Would recommend them any day !!
