Had great service but feel if you spend over 3000.££ dollars on a new bed you should get free pillows or sheet set. Know it wont do any good but just wanted sleep numer to know.

I wouldn't use them again. The sales rep we were talking to was uninformed. We had asked about the differences between the old i8 beds and the new 360 and the reps said it was the exact same except for the topper and the technology. Not accurate. The new, 360 beds don't have the same construction as the old i8 beds. The old i8 is very modular so it is easy to replace anything that wears out. The new 360 beds are not very modular and have a valley in the middle of two sleepers so you end up rolling to the middle. I really don't think almost $4000 is reasonable for this result. Anyway, it cost us hundreds of dollars in shipping and return fees and when we contacted the store the last time for help, no response. If you have the chance to get an old, i8 bed, I would but I wouldn't go through this store. Update: Adding an additional star for a professional response.
