The sales person that waited on me, greeted me, answered my questions and request. When I decided to make a purchase, what I needed was provided (which was the measurements). The purchasing process went very quickly and I was glad I had cash since checks are longer process to verify available Mondays.
I purchased a recliner in Coralville but they only had one left (store is closing). I called the store in Waterloo & they are able to order another to match! I'm so happy with the excellent customer service & ability to get what I wanted!
Montize was a great help and very accommodating as we were trying to figure out what we really wanted and what would work with our house. Was very patient as we made our decisions. Would highly recommend.
