Someone I know had ordered 2 chairs. One came on time and the second was the wrong one. They promised to have it here in a couple of days. Took over 3 months. Gave them a different chair until it came. They still want him to pay the full price for the inconvenience of not having the right chair

Terrible customer service. Furniture took over a month to come. They claimed they would contact us many times and never did. Always rude on the phone. Never apologized for it being so much longer than promised. Bad deal all around.

Just bought a sofa, loveseat and recliner. Jerry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The team that handled delivery were awesome as well. Super happy with our purchase! Jerry's is the only place in town that I could find that carries Barcalounger, which is known for their quality leather furniture.
