Obedient dogs are allowed leashed. It was great to pick up the few items I needed, found a little holiday decor and all while practicing my dog's obedience. Thanks Lowe's!!

Disappointing experience purchasing a washer and dryer from Lowes of Waterloo, IA. There were 4 in stock on the website when we ordered and only the dryer showed up on the day it was supposed to, they didn't have any of the washer to provide us even though we paid for one of the 4 that they said they had in stock. Took over 3 weeks and a loaner washer that showed up late and didn't even work. Lack of communication from them. Corporate line was pleasant, delivery crew was pleasant, and some of the people I chatted with on the phone locally were pleasant, while others could improve their customer experience. I will not be visiting this store or ordering from their online store again.
